My passion is to enable families to access the right support to help achieve their personal preferences and goals. I have worked around some amazing inspiring people who have helped shaped my care and ethos. I fully believe that the family should be in the centre of the care.
I want families to feel they have been valued, listened to and received nothing but love and care. Pregnancy and parenthood is one of life’s huge adventures and being supported by the right team is important. Continuity has proven again and again to help achieve better outcome for families and I can provide this.

What I really love is working with families in all my different roles, seeing their confidence build as they get to know themselves as parents and develop their relationship with their baby.
As a doula my role is not to tell you what decisions to make but to support you in understanding the options available to you on your journey; enabling you to discover the path that is right for you and support you in building the skills you need. I can provide practical, physical and emotional support; the training I have done has shaped my non judgemental and unbiased approach.

We’re thrilled to be founding members of Pregnancy, Baby & You, Cheshire: a group of experienced, independent
practitioners offering antenatal, postnatal and baby support across Northwich, Chester & the wide Cheshire area.
We run free monthly daytime and evening social events for parents and parents to be where you can connect with our team and get support.
Cheshire Home Birth Support
Having a home birth, thinking about a home birth or had a home birth then why not come and meet other home birth families?
Share your story, ask questions, find out more information and gain the support of people who have done it or are planning to do it.
We invite local midwifes and relevant supporters to attend who also have lots of info on homebirth.
Cheshire Home Birth Alliance
Cheshire Home Birth Alliance is a collaboration of birthing families, doulas, midwives and other birth professionals and maternity partners, working to make Cheshire the leading region for Home Births in the UK.
